In addition to our standard booth (find us at Tent G, Booth 23), we’re offering a series of 45-minute seminars throughout the show Below Deck at Hammetts Hotel. 

These sessions, led by our seasoned instructors, are a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable insights and ask questions directly to the pros.

  • Friday, September 13th, 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM: Women in Command with Captain Emily. This seminar empowers women in the boating world, offering tips and techniques to build confidence and competence.
  • Saturday, September 14th, and Sunday, September 15th, 1:00 PM—1:45 PM: Powerboat Cruising with Captain Paul. This session will cover the essentials of powerboat cruising, from planning your trip to navigating the open waters safely and effectively.

Your digital ticket will be scanned as you enter the show, and a wristband will be applied, granting you access to all gates, both on water and land. 

Remember, each ticket is valid for one day only, and this is a rain-or-shine event, so plan accordingly.

  • Windward VIP Lounge: One-day ticket is $275, and the Debut Special ticket is $225 through July 15th (limited quantities).
  • Thursday, September 12th (Preview Day): $40 (sponsored by Discover Newport and Marsh McLennan Agency).
  • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (General Admission): Save $2 if purchased early online: $31* / Day-Of $33*.
  • Newport County Resident & Military Appreciation Day (Sunday, September 15th only): $20 (must buy a ticket at the gate with valid ID, sponsored by Hogan Associates and Carey, Richmond & Viking Insurance).
  • Children Under 10: Free with Adult – All Show Days (wristbands applied upon gate entry).
  • Parking: Easton’s Beach Parking available Thursday-Sunday for $40 with a complimentary shuttle to the show from 8 AM to 8 PM.
